Cultivating Peace, Empowering Youth, Nurturing the Earth

Youth Empowerment

Equipping young leaders with technical training, modern agricultural skills, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Conflict Resolution

Facilitating peaceful mediation, community negotiations, and cross-border dialogues for resource-based disputes.

Sustainable Farming

Promoting climate-smart agriculture, seed conservation, modern irrigation, and resilient food security practices.

Rooted in Peace. Driven by Agriculture. Built for Tomorrow.

Founded in response to rising land disputes and youth unemployment across Kenyan Marginilized regions, Northern Farmers Foundation began as a small network of local elders, young advocates, and agronomic experts

The Northern Farmers Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to transforming vulnerable agricultural communities through grassroots dialogue, youth leadership, conflict mediation, and modern farming education.

In regions where resource scarcity, climate shifts, and socio-economic stress trigger community disputes, we bring a holistic approach: peace cannot take root without economic security, and agriculture cannot thrive without peace.

Years Of Experience

The Peace-Agriculture Nexus

We recognize that land and water conflicts often stem from agricultural insecurity

Youth-Led Transformation

Instead of viewing rural youth as vulnerable to conflict, we position them as agricultural entrepreneurs.

Local Knowledge, Global Reach

Our field programs are tailored to regional cultural contexts while drawing on global standards for climate resilience and peacebuilding frameworks.

Our Leadership & Governance

Our team brings together a global coalition of agronomists, peacebuilders, youth advocates, and governance experts dedicated to fostering rural resilience.
